Let me just clarify the origin of this new found habit. I think it's hilarious he's still doing this, as he started two weeks ago when I was home, right before we went to On the Border. We were waiting at the kitchen table for the rest of the folks to get home from Shreveport, and I was blowing in his face. He loved it. So he started blowing back expecting the same hurricane-like reaction of my eyes squinting and my hair philandering. He had not yet learned how to fully channel his blowing power to it's highest potential, So I had to make up the difference to satisfy his expectations- thus, the Derek Jeter's bat in the face reaction.

cmon. give me some cred!

Something I learned at random- do you ever notice shoes hanging from the power lines? Well, supposedly that is an indication of a drug house nearby... Now that I know, it's more noticeable. So now I'm sure I'll start noticing houses with bags on the windows too! So sad the things we have to be aware of in order to keep the little ones safe!

I just read those two last stories, so so sweet! I can imagine just how thrilling they both were. It is fun as soon as you become a mom how quickly you "get" those things and their significants . . . I tried to before but am not sure I really did get it. Now it amazes me . . . many blessings to you 3 in 2009 and lots more special moments! Love, Jamie

I was just thinking about, before I read the other comment, that you should write books. You are a good storyteller, I could "see" that house and "feel" that situation. On another note you are an amazing, beautiful mom and person, don't let others way of parenting make you feel bad.. . I hope I am as good a mom as you soon! Love!
